White halter top dress from Forever21 size Medium. Think Marilyn Monroe! ONLY WORN ONCE! The dress has string inside to adjust the bottom if you wanted to tie it to add body to dress like I did in the picture shown or you can simply wear it straight down. Gorgeous either way!
