***Please read full description and view pics.*** The flaw in the bag is the straps, the short strap has some nicks in it as does the longer strap. THE BAG IS FULLY FUNCTIONAL AND USEABLE AS-IS. I bought the bag knowing that I could buy a Coach black leather crossbody strap ($25 on eBay) The smaller strap can be cut off (If desired) and the replacement crossbody used and nobody would no the difference. What I didn't count on was the perfume scent, I'm allergic to most perfumes 😓
