REGENCY is the hallmark for Regina Novelty Company, New York, New York. Regency was in operation from the 1940s to 1970. This pin/brooch is in perfect condition & comes from an estate in Washington, DC. From my research, I believe the teardrop shaped “petals” rhinestones and circular rhinestones at center of the flowers are from Austria. Each flower is a different color; pink, violet, and white Aurora borealis. I am not sure what to call the white color but it is not clear.
