Technically a mens small pant…but style is unisex. Super cute and trendy convertible pants. Still has tags. Perfect condition. Quick-drying Supplex nylon material. Fabric provides UPF 50+ sun protection, shielding (circular sticker on pant that mentions UV protection comes off). Elastic waist measure approx. 13 inches when not stretched out and approx. 16.5 inches when completely stretched out. Leg of pant measure approx. 40.25 inches

lhuso12 @akmcgarvey I added more photos (sorry the photo quality isn’t the best). The first two photos are with the pants worn high waisted how I like to wear them, but I’m kind of tall (5’7”), so they’re too short on me. The rest of the pictures are taken with the pants not worn super high waisted. The pants are very cute and comfortable…just too short for me to wear how I wanted to wear them.

lhuso12 @akmcgarvey the narrowest part of my waist above my belly button is 27”, so yeah they should fit you perfectly. As long as you are shorter than me they should fit and look long enough 😅
