REI Women's Long Raincoat - Size XS

I bought this jacket ten years ago and have worn it maybe 5 times. (California weather haha) It is a raincost that is long and covers your bottom when you sit. I can attest to it actually being an effective raincoat and keeping me dry. If you can fit into a small, you can fit in this XS. it has room for you to later underneath as well. This is a solid strong raincoat ready for this winter!
