ecoensembles are these safe / thin enough to put over baby's pants and wear in the car seat?

cwg2213 @ecoensembles We definitely put these on top of our baby’s regular pants to go outside. I don’t think we took any car rides - but the pants are flexible enough that your baby can move and sit easily while wearing them.
