Is this fully lined? How “showy” is the fabric? Meaning, is the material heavy enough to mask body imperfections like light cellulite or is it thin and shows every single detail?

@jenzan the dress is fully lined. It is very forgiving, and has thicker fabric than most other dresses. The ribbed side panels are almost scuba-weight, and the middle sections are about half that weight. I added an image of the lining, and an image trying to give a sense of the fabric weight.
