REISS Theresa Floral High Neck Midi Dress NWOT FLAW

So gorgeous but too small for me in the hips for workwear, which is how I hoped to wear it. For those looking, I am usually a Reiss UK 10/US 6. For night out/non professional wear it would have fit perfectly but I need more room in the hips. Reposhing this item I purchased from @nangiascloset. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new.
