REISS dress, Size 10 - light blue, white, and beige

REISS dress, women’s size 10. The dress is a tweed style and the colors are light blue, white, and a little bit of beige. This dress is in great shape but has a few spots with pulls (see pictures) - however, the weave of the fabric makes it difficult to see them. Length is 34.5 inches and the waist measures 19.5 inches.
