REPHYLLIS Women's Short Sleeve Business Cocktail Pencil Dress M/L Black NEW

This is a very nice women's black pencil dress made by Rephyllis. The tag says large but it runs small and fits more like a medium/large. It is knee-length, short sleeved with a ruffled v-neckline. The material is polyester/cotton blend. Machine wash separately. This is a great dress for business, or an evening out.
