Was apparently never worn when I bought it but they removed most of the brand name tag 🤷🏻‍♀️ It sadly didn't fit me and I normally can fit a junior plus size 14 skirt, but this one did not work since it's only elastic at the waist. The rest of the skirt doesn't give. I thought it was going to be more like a skater skirt 😂 In excellent condition. Waist measures about 15.5 inches laying flat and only stretches about 2 inches ➡️Please limit 1 free item per purchase

spillingonyx @shotgun777 lol I'm not sure what kind of size 14 it is but I did post the measurements! That's why I'm reposhing it because it was sadly too small for me and I can normally fit a size 14 skirt 😭
