Fabric is a light and silky polyester, made in California. Purchased directly from Resa and wore once to a beach cocktail event for ~3 hours. It's in perfect condition. Stock photo of another colorway to show the back of the dress. It has a double layer in the bust area so a bra isn't completely necessary, but I chose to wear a sticky bra with it. For size reference I'm 5'3" and my measurements are 32B-25-37. This dress fits me well but there isn't much extra room in the hips, so I would recommend it for someone with the same or smaller hip measurement.
