REVERSE 1099 K reporting threshold

He can get this bill in front of the President. 202-225-4404 DC office If the President signs it we will not have Poshmark or any other ecommerce platform asking us to provide our personal information and asking us to fill.out a 1099K. No one should be giving their SS#s to Poshmark which is owned by a South Korean company. This reverses a provision in the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 that lowered the reporting threshold to $600 with no minimum on the number of transactions. The threshold for sellers will revert back to the $20,000 threshold. The Ways and Means committee knows about this and is trying to get the President to reverse it. It was introduced by Congresswoman Carol Miller of West Virginia who's also a Ways and Means member. She knows how bad this is for sellers.
