REVIEW fit and flare fully lined black skirt size Large. This skirt is in excellent condition. It has a zipper in the back to allow for a perfect fit. The lining is Satin and the layer above the lining is lace. It is very well made. It is too big for my mannequin so I flared it out as much as possible.
