Classic eye brow pencil refills (contains 4 refills for a total net weight of .005 Oz) in hard to find “Light Brown” color. Please know this color is “light” and looks nice with ash or darker blondes giving a more natural look than traditional browns. Apply gently and repeat until desired look comes together. These pencils are not greasy or oily but more of a dry application. It takes a few strokes when applying in an area to see the full effect. Like new - unopened packaging - never used.
