RIC RAC Royal blue tunic style dress

Front is 23” from top of scoop neckline to bottom hem. Back is 29” from top to bottom hem. The dress is 24” across measured from side to side at bottom opening of the sleeves. Beautiful scooped neckline with a beaded design in teal, blue, green, dark blue & shiney beads. Looks great with black leggings & can be worn with long sleeve scooped neck top under it.
