Gorgeous navy/cream silk peplum top from Richard Warren-looks new!! Likely vintage; pristine condition, removable shoulder pads, peplum, puffy 3/4 sleeves, silk outer-polyester lined. This blouse appears to be of exceptional quality and I think it runs a little small for a 10; measurements buttoned/laid flat=pit-pit approximately 18.5”and waist approximately 15”
