Please refer to the Ripley Radar website to insure the proper fit which indicates a size 3 is equivalent to a Size M or 6-8. This lightweight knit dress is made of 95% polyester / 5 % spandex. The dress measurements are: length = 32", 3/4 sleeve length = 17", and bust = 36".
