RISING TIDE BLACK VELVET HAT

A beautiful cotton velvet hat from Rising Tide embellished with a felted wool flower surrounding by eggplant tone petals and green leaves. The petals and leaves are accented with a turquoise thread blanket stitch and the leaves have red glass beadwork. It is sewn in layers giving it a scrunchie style with a small rolled brim. It has a tweed band in the interior and is lined in a warm grey fleece. The interior circumference is approx 22" with a very slight stretch. This was handcrafted in Nepal for Rising Tide. The flower is not as bright as my pics. It's in excellent condition and has a retro 1930's style. Thanks for looking!
