R.J. Collection Women's Dress size 10

This is a pre-owned R.J. Collection by Chelsea Rousso women's dress in a size 10. This is in excellent condition. The measurements laying flat armpit to armpit is 19", the waist laying flat is 18", shoulder to hem is 52" and from the armpit to hem is 43". This dress is black in color with shiny black designs throughout the dress, slips over the head, ties in the back and has a 17" slit on the backside.
