Wrap around style with fringed hem on one side, dual leather strap closure. Missing kilt pin. Size on tag says 20, converted to an S according to measurements. 55% Polyester, 45% Wool. Measurements: Length - 14" Waist - 15" Hips - 16.5" Pre-loved in very good condition. Please refer to measurements for potential fit. The skirt has been altered to be shorter. Tiny holes from where kilt pin should go (see pics.)
