Zipper up the back, deep V neckline with a small collar, with a solid white bodice panel sewn into place. Flirty peplum ruffle around the waist, shiny faux leather belt. The massively huge shoulder pads date this as a late 1980's to early 1990's era dress. No pockets. Made in the USA and sold at now-defunct California department store Robinson's for $89.99. I did the math, in today's dollars as compared with 1990, that would be the equivalent of $201. Tagged size 10.
