Up for sale is a Turquoise Blue with Deep Navy-Blue Flowers on a Long Button-Down Summer Sleeveless Halter Dress from RJ Stevens by Carol Escritor; RN #89369; Made of 100% Rayon; Made in USA; Cut #13059; Size 8; Style #1719. The front features a V-Neck tailored top area with a flared long skirt. The back has 5 vertical bands that are attached at the neck and then spread out along the back to the waist band. This is in pre-owned used condition with minimal wear. A button is missing on the bottom of the dress. Unstretched Measurements: 54” from Top of Back of Neck to bottom of dress; 16" across from underarm to underarm; 14” waist area; 18" from Shoulder Strap to flared long skirt; 36” from waist to bottom of skirt; 40” Flair (width) of bottom of skirt.
