RJC made in Hawaii themed dress, super stretchy.

This dress was handmade in Hawaii by locals and it’s super cute. The top is stretchy so it can last 2t through 5t if you want to use it as a top with leggings. Straps tie so you can create other styles with them than a normal tank dress. No noted flaws or stains.
