brand new with tags this is a beautiful black sparkly dress in a sleeveless, halter style top. This features a zipper in the back, a padded bust, it is fully lined and also has a second lining that has two layers of tulle at the bottom to give this dress the beautiful shape that you see. This is not scratchy or uncomfortable, it is sparklier than my pictures show. You see the way it fits my size 4/6 mannequin, this is very true to size. See photos for additional measurements.
