R&M Richards Hi-Lo Dress

Worn once, this dress has a great elegant retro look and is flattering with a tie waist. I wore after I had my son and it hides it all! Top is 3/4 sleeve stretch black, skirt it like a taffeta type material that holds its shape nicely. Red and black shirt is shorter in front, has a large panel detail, longer back and optional large belt that bows. Zipper back closer, mark shown is on the inside of the fabric not outside. Great for prom, wedding or any other formal occasion.
