R&M Richards dress and jacket

R&M Richards navy sleeveless dress with floral and silver accented 3/4 sleeve jacket. Tags were cut out of both but knowing my mothers sizes this is either 14 or 16 petite. Ask and I can take more measurements. Laying flat, across breast is 24 inches. From pit to hem is 32 inches, jacket length from neck to hem is 36 inches. Smoke free pet friendly home.CL1
