grammypammie @usaf16 hello. Sorry I was on vacation. The measurement from top of the shoulder strap is 38-1/2 to 39 inches. The width at waist is approximately 16-1/2 inches. Hip to hip about 19-1/2 inches. The fabric has some give. It is a very flattering and forgiving dress. The jacket is 16-1/2 inches at the shoulders, 18 inches across the bottom and 15 inches in length.
