NEW with tags! my mom purchased several dresses for my wedding and did not end up wearing this one. she missed the return window so she could not return it to the store. navy blue with beautiful sequined pattern. back zipper and built in shawl detail. stretchy and flattering fabric. very slight barely noticeable pull in the back of the shawl — see photos. shoulder to bottom hem is about 60” and pit to pit is 18”. other measurements upon request. size 14
