@hhhh1954 skirt has elastic waist stretching to 17” Skirt is stretchy material. Underarm to underarm is in listing.
If you are a 2 or small size 4 it should fit as it is a petite.

@needwant thanks. I am a current petite 4 (5 feet tall and short waisted.) Older and vintage items run smaller so I always have to ask.
