Fabulous chunky block heel. Rendered in a beautiful black suede that shows little wear. Little wear to the footbed. Some wear to the leather sole (see pics), and I'd recommend having your cobbler add a protective sole to these. No major flaws noted. See photos or Posh Live show for more info and measurements.
