ROC Australia Black Troup boots size 37 NWT

Reposhing this item I purchased from @heidihelpsu. I realized I need to size up! The circumference of the calf is 13 inches and the height is around 17 inches. There’s a two inch heel. I felt these boots ran smalls for me, usually I’m a 7 or 7.5, but I didn’t fit in these. I’m guessing someone who is a 6 or 6.5 would be perfectly fine! They’re never worn, brand new!
