ROKOKO Flutter Sleeve Dress NWOT

NWOT. Super cute 3-season dress!! This dress is an orangey-coral tone with little flowers... perfect for spring, summer, and fall. Has a V-neck front, a deep-V open back with top tie, it's fully lined, flutter sleeves, and perfect for a twirl! It's a size Large, but could fit anywhere between 12-20. It's 37.5" from the shoulders to the hemline. There is an elastic waist and elastic armholes under the ruffles. I did just remove the tags thinking I was going to finally wear it, but I put it back in my closet. 🤦🏼‍♀️
