absolutely gorgeous unique piece. It’s an embroidered cold should/open shoulder top that can be worn just as a tunic or as a cover up at the beach. The colorful gems and embroidered flowers at the neckline are beautiful and the colorful fun tassels that line the bottom of the tunic are great quality they don’t seem like they’ll shed.
