This cute navy blue romper is a perfect summer outfit. The viscose fabric (made from bamboo) is very light weight. The spaghetti straps are adjustable. The sassy flouncy collar is just the right size. There is both elastic & a draw string at the waist to give the perfect fit. The inseam length is 2 inches.
