CUTE!! Silky flowy skater mini skirt by Romwe. Featuring gothic card images. Zipper closure.....ZERO stretch. Waist measures 16" across (32" circumference). Short. Wouldn't recommend higher than a size 10.....unless you don't mind not fully zipping and hiding with a belt or shirt. 👍🏼 Only work once on a trip. Basically New. Im 150 lbs size 10, and once zipped up, no wiggle room around waistband.
