Nice little black velour number for your next dressy occasion! Would be great for Cocktails, Holiday Parties, New Years Eve, or a foundation for a costume as well (Renaissance, witch, vampire, devil). Rounded neckline, lightly padded shoulders, mid-length. Feels like velvet, but the fabric is called velour since it has a slight stretch. (Fabric tag reads 90% Polyester 10% Spandex. Dry Clean Only.)
