mlindsay79 Hello. I wasn't able to find a generic contact space for you. I received the Fitbit I purchased from you and I can't figure out how to use it. Are all the parts from the same Fitbit series? Do you have a name for its Fitbit model? The longer plastic piece seems to fit into the USB cord piece, yet it doesn't fit into any of the wrist bands. And, the metal prongs on the wristband do not seem to keep the bracelet secure. Any ideas? I didn't get very far with fitbit.com/setup. Thanks.

dna02008 @mlindsay79 the model of the Fitbit is on the box. It’s been years since I used it so I’m not sure I’m much help but I know you plug the small piece into your computer to set it up. I never had any issues with the wrist band.
