RUNS SMALL. Tag says 4, but more like a 3T! Designed in Spain, ROSALITA SENORITAS is a  boutique children's designer.  This dress has a tailored fit and flare cut. It zips on the side for easy dressing and comfort.  The house design along the skirt remind me of the Painted Lady Victorians in San Francisco. Worn once for the 4th of July and it was a huge hit. Tons of compliments. It looks darling with red ruffle leggings and salt water sandals. Excellent condition, no stains, no holes, no fading.
