ROZ & ALI XL FLORAL DUSTER with defects

100% polyester. lightweight and not stretchy. almost a lightweight blazer. collared with no closure or pockets. long sleeves. beautiful print. nice for csual or office. now, the defect... I'm not sure... but something was cut off the cuffs. some sort of decorations? they can probably be cleaned up a bit, but in no way take away from the garment. measures about 17 across the shoulders 21 across the body 38 long
