Shimmy and shake in this dazzling little number by Russell of California. Banded bust in black sequins, this sparkler of a dress features a scooped neckline, glimmering rhinestone brooch, sleeveless design and a flirty, above-the-knee cut! True Gun Metal Charcoal Grey Sequins! VERY GOOD CONDITION. To be honest, some sequins are missing (not very many or I’d have photographed this for you) and a few small portions of the sequined rows have lifted throughout the dress, but a few stitches will hammer these back down to the dress.
