RUUM girls feathers chiffon dress

This dress looks great paired with jeans/leggings or alone, with or without belt. Size 18 months but fitts long. Would look its best on 18-24m thin girl. Features 3/4 sleeves, wide neckline, flounce and beige lining for body (sleeves are not lined and slightly sheer). Like new condition. Pet and smoke-free household.
