An elasticized waist emphasizes your shape above a dramatic full high-low skirt. Skirt is lined to mid thigh. Shell: 85% cotton / 15% viscose. Lining: 100% cotton. Bodice overlay Shoulder Seam to Hem approx 32" in length.
