Full length or comparable to 7/8 LuluLemon depending on your height. I'm 5'6" and they end perfectly above the ankle for me. The thick waist band is flattering and cinches your waist a bit, plus good support and squat proof for gym. Slight pilling in crotch, as pictured, but totally not noticeable when wearing or visibly.
