mariedeegee Hi they are a regular fit..soft comfortable fabric somewhat structured. Measurements: length 41"", inseam 28 1/2, rise 15" and waist 19" flat across with. Covered banded elastic for comfort

shari1533 I view a 28 inseam short, maybe not petite, but not regular and not even close to tall. I am close to 6 ft and tome reular is usually 30 or 31. Still not tall, which in an ideal world would be a 34 inseam.

mariedeegee That would be the case if pants have a short waiist or inseam.these have a high rise fit loose in bottom torso..longer rise and shorter inseam.baggy pull over loose backside fit
