Racer back blue dress! Buttery soft!

This is a dress by boutique brand Nicole Alex. It’s the softest fabric, a thick Jersey type. Built in shelf bra, midi length. The color is darker than the website photos, closer to the last ones I took. A heather navy color. No known flaws, very good used condition!
