Racer back mini dress

This dress has a white, cotton racer back top and a dark gray, full skirt. Skirt is lined, has ruching on front, back and both sides to look like shorts, but it is a dress! Zips up the side. Removable tie. Is a little wrinkled, just needs an iron!
