Rachael & Chloe Little Black Sequin Halter Dress

Wonderful black halter style dress with sequins and tulle skirt by Rachael & Chloe. The top part of the dress is covered with sequins in front; the sparkly waist band is elastic to ensure a sexy fit. The skirt is made of a tulle-like fabric and fully lined. 63% polyester, 32% rayon, and 5% spandex. Size M, measures about 15" across the bust, 13.5" at the waist (stretches to about 18”).
