Racheal Brand Little Red Dress

This little red dress can be worn wide neck style or off of the shoulder style. It has a ruffled collar, hem and sleeves. The fabric has a polka dot texture to it. Very flirty and feminine. There is a built in slip as the dress material is slightly sheer. This is a size large. For reference I wear a size 10-12 in dresses. Brand new with tags, never worn.
