Rachel Allan royal blue prom dress, size 6. The dress has a long train (can be bustled) with shorts underneath. The shorts have a stretchy waistband and are comfortable. Pockets on the sides with hand-beaded detail. Halter neckline with strappy back. Worn once. There are deodorant marks but they’re not noticeable when worn. Message me for any measurements!
